When you order fresh items (Perishable products), please make sure you have chosen the delivery options with a temperature control pack. Also, please make sure yourself available on the collection date and time. In case of a missing delivery, please contact courier service and us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to process the refund for Perishable products due to parcel non-collection, refusing or missing the delivery. Please provide a clear note if you require any special needs for delivery. In any circumstance, if you want to return the products, the refund can be processed once we received the items.
In any circumstance, when the ordered product is not available, we will call you for an alternative. If we can’t reach you then your order may be on hold or added the alternative product in case the order falls below the minimum value for free delivery. Price mark product’s cost is applicable only for shop sale unless it is marked on the website.
